"Jodhpur at dawn. My features drawn by an exhausting night of travel, I step off the bus as the first glimmers of day begin to break. The city lies grey and blue over the rooftops, and my tired eyes fill with wonder. A chai vendor hands me a cup. Its unusual flavour and mellow scent mingle with those of the myriad flowers spread all along a market just coming to life… A caress to the soul."
It takes but an instant to live a maelstrom of emotions. From the very first sip, flavours burst open — an unexpected fragrance, a play of spicy, fruity and tangy notes mastered by the creamy softness of Tuberose.
Here and now, the journey takes on its full meaning. Ginger and cardamom dance on the palate, while the delicate aroma of black tea melts into an accord of warm milk.
